Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees according to your chosen plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Agentic Dashboards and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Dashboards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms
